Your use of the SBIR Search Tool specifically is limited to searching for government contracting opportunities for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

No right, title, or interest in any Content, including search results, opportunity data, or any proprietary algorithms or methodologies used in the SBIR Search Tool, is transferred to you as a result of accessing, viewing, or downloading such content. Make Ready Consulting retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all content, tools, features, and functionality provided on this site. 3. Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAKE READY CONSULTING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE OR THE SBIR SEARCH TOOL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the site will immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any downloaded or printed Content.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
